These Terms govern your use of CXG Transports’ website, dispatch services, and freight solutions. By requesting capacity or browsing this site you agree to the following.
CXG provides freight transportation, hot shot, and logistics coordination through company-owned assets and vetted partner carriers. Specific pricing, service levels, and liability limits are defined on each rate confirmation or master service agreement.
Provide accurate load details, commodity descriptions, hazardous declarations, and site requirements. Delays caused by incomplete information may incur standby or truck-ordered-not-used charges.
Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due net 15. Late invoices may accrue 1.5% monthly finance charges. CXG reserves the right to pause service for accounts in arrears.
CXG maintains motor carrier cargo insurance meeting FMCSA requirements. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation.
All CXG drivers follow DOT/ELD rules, hours-of-service limits, and site-specific PPE requirements. Customers must provide safe access for loading/unloading.
Any beta features (load tracking, customer portal) are offered “as-is.” Feedback may be used to improve the platform.
